Akif Aliyev is a highly qualified expert with 40 years of fundamental experience in auditing, financial control, and risk management. As a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he has played an instrumental role in the formation of the country's national audit system. Within the Alliance team, Mr. Aliyev oversees the compliance of internal financial procedures with international standards and serves as a strategic lead in complex legal and financial audit (Due Diligence) projects for clients.
His extensive experience is built upon protecting financial statements from misstatements, establishing internal audit systems from the ground up, and enhancing the efficiency of business processes.
