The Mingachevir, Pirallahi, and Garadagh industrial parks, managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA), have ranked among the top ten out of 40 industrial parks. EZDA informed AZERTAC that this was stated in a ranking compiled by the "BIK Ratings" agency. In addition to Azerbaijan, the industrial park ranking includes countries such as Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Estonia. The ranking was based on analysis of factors such as the tax environment of the industrial parks, infrastructure, accessibility to the country, human development index, as well as macroeconomic and political conditions. As a result, three industrial parks under the management of the Economic Zones Development Agency made it to the top ten: Mingachevir Industrial Park (ranked 3rd), Pirallahi Industrial Park (ranked 7th), and Garadagh Industrial Park (ranked 10th). The top spot in the ranking went to the "Great Stone" China-Belarus Industrial Park.
